  • Am I able to cancel my order?

    Please e-mail info@emilove.net if you’d like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already shipped. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.

    If your order has been shipped out we CAN NOT cancel it.

  • When will i receive my order?

    We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

  • I Just placed two or more orders will you combine them?

    Orders can be combined ONLY if the previous orders have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. If you place multiple orders and would like them to be combine it MUST have the SAME name, email, and address, if the orders DO NOT have the same information it WILL NOT be combine

  • What to do if something in my order is damaged?

    If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

  • My package is lost or I believe it was stolen, what do I do?

    We would recommend checking your tracking number located in your shipping confirmation e-mail to ensure that the package has been marked as delivered, and we would also recommend double checking the shipping address on the e-mail to make sure it is correct. Before contacting us, please check to make sure your mail carrier did not do any of the following:

    Put your package in your mailbox

    Leave your package at your back door or in your garage

    Leave your package with your neighbors or with whoever opened the door at your address

    Leave your package with the front office or front desk

    if you live in an apartment, dorm, or gated community

    Leave your package in your post office box, or in a parcel locker at your local post office, or at a parcel locker in your neighborhood

    If you have a package that is missing, we want to do everything within our power to help you find resolution. However, depending on the circumstances, this may take several days as we need to open a claim with the delivery company and communicate with them to determine a root cause.

    Please contact us with your order information and we will begin the process.

  • Can i make an exchange for a different color or Size?

    Yes, you can exchange the item if we have it in stock in a different color or size.

    Do I pay for return Shipping?

    No, The return shipping label is FREE!

    NOTE: At this time we are only able to issue one return shipping label per order.

    If you are wanting to return multiple items from one order, we recommend the return requests be submitted together (submit return request via email info@emilove.net).

    If you are wanting to return other items after receiving a return shipping label from us, then the return would need to be shipped back to us using your own method of shipping.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Refunds will be process once we receive the returned item. Please allowed 3-5 Business days for us to process your refund. A refund confirmation email will be sent once your refund is completed. **ALL REFUNDS WILL BE REFUNDED AS STORE CREDIT**

  • From what location do my items ship?

    NEW YORK CITY, USA

    How long will it take to ship out my orders? Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST/EDT will be process and ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST/EDT Please allow 2-3 Business days for processing and shipping. For holidays & weekends it may take up to 3 business days to ship orders

    Who is your Shipping/Delivery carrier? All US Orders are ship via USPS. All International Orders will be ship via UPS OR DHL
